Effective upon publication. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and any license delivered with the product.

Digital products

The products are downloadable developer tools and reference implementations. Product pages describe the included technology, modules, and delivery format. You are responsible for confirming that the stated language, runtime, and framework fit your intended environment.

Purchases, tax, and delivery

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record. It processes payment, calculates applicable tax, issues transaction documents, and provides checkout terms. Access is normally delivered electronically after successful payment and remains associated with the purchasing email address.

License

You may use, modify, and build proprietary tests on top of a purchased kit, including for client work, subject to the license included with that kit. You may not repackage, rename, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the kit itself as a competing product. If these site terms conflict with the license included in a download, the included license governs use of that code.

Refunds

Because the products are delivered digitally, refund requests are evaluated based on the circumstances, applicable law, and the merchant-of-record terms shown at checkout. If a download is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its product description, use the contact page with the purchasing email and order details so the issue can be investigated promptly.

Support and updates

A purchase includes the files and access described on the product page at the time of sale. References to lifetime access mean continued access to the purchased download for the life of the product; they do not promise perpetual operation of every third-party dependency, unlimited consulting, or a particular update schedule.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, abuse download or authentication endpoints, upload malicious content, or use the products to violate law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. Test automation cannot prove that an application is defect-free. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
